Multi-currency
Multi-currency payouts.
Trust at scale
Delivery-first payments creators love
Late payments are the #1 complaint creators have about brand partnerships. Funds held until delivery is approved means no chasing, no awkward DMs, no '60-day net' standoffs.
Global rails by region
The rail that fits each creator
A US creator gets paid via bank transfer. An EU creator via IBAN. A Lebanese creator via Whish in USD or LBP.
Disputes handled fairly
Refund and mediation flow
If a brief is materially missed (creator delivered the wrong format, missed the disclosure language, or no-showed delivery), you can dispute the release. Creator and brand each submit context. Swavy mediation team reviews and routes, full release, partial release, or full refund.
Frequently asked questions
Are there transaction fees?
Yes, pass-through fees per rail (e.g. bank transfer, SWIFT). Volume discounts apply at agency tier.
How does the payment flow work?
On contract sign, the deal amount funds from your billing method and is held until delivery. On final brief approval, the funds release. Disputes pause the flow and route to mediation.
What about disputes?
If a brief is materially missed, dispute the release within the review window. Both sides submit context (chat logs, brief, delivered asset). Swavy mediation routes to full release, partial release, or refund.
Can I pay a creator in their local currency?
Multi-currency payouts are supported. The creator sees the amount they'll receive in their currency before the payout fires.
Can I batch payouts?
Yes. Bulk-pay an entire campaign roster in one operation. Each creator's payment routes through their preferred rail; you see the consolidated dashboard with status per creator. Useful for end-of-month settlement on flat-fee campaigns.
