Multi-brand management
Many brands, one workspace
Built for agencies, holding companies, and in-house teams running multiple brands. Each brand gets its own data, creators, and reporting, with agency-wide visibility on top.
What you get
Brand profiles
Brand profiles, each with its own team and data. Spin up a new brand with its own creators, projects, briefs, and reporting.
Per-project brand scoping
Each project is scoped to a single brand workspace.
Per-brand creator visibility
Roster creators surface only in the brand workspace they were sourced for.
Per-brand custom fields
Each brand can define its own custom fields, Brand A tracks 'video duration,' Brand B tracks 'voice-over yes/no.'
Role-based access per brand
Same teammate can be admin on Brand A, viewer on Brand B, and excluded from Brand C. Roles include admin, manager, and viewer.
White-label custom domain
Agency clients see your domain (e.g. partners.youragency.com), your logo, your brand colors, and branded PDF reports.
Agency-level audit log
Cross-brand actions, role changes, and admin overrides logged at the agency level. Exportable for client compliance audits.
For agencies running real volume
Replace the spreadsheet juggle, finally
Most agencies run multiple client brands across creator marketing, paid social, and influencer outreach. Most of that lives in spreadsheets, scattered Notion docs, and shared Slack channels. Swavy gives every brand a real workspace with per-project brand scoping and per-brand customization.
Quick brand spin-up
Spin up a new brand workspace
Adding a new client brand should be straightforward. Click 'Add brand,' name it, invite the right teammates, and you're ready to source creators. Per-brand templates clone your standard outreach voice, brief structure, and negotiation envelope from a sister brand if you want a head start.
Per-project brand scoping
Each project lives under one brand
Each brand workspace has its own creators, contracts, custom fields, and contact data. Suitable for clients with competitor-isolation considerations (e.g. running two competing CPG brands simultaneously).
White-label your way
Branded experience for clients who expect your logo
Agencies that present as a platform need to look like one. White-label includes a custom domain (partners.youragency.com), your logo throughout, your brand colors on the dashboard, and branded PDF reports for client deliverables. Available on agency add-on tier.
Agency-wide governance
Audit logs, role controls, and compliance ready
Agency-level audit logs capture cross-brand actions, role changes, and admin overrides. Exportable to client compliance reviews. Role-based access per brand means a manager can be admin on Brand A and excluded from Brand B without juggling multiple logins.
Frequently asked questions
How do I bill brands?
One Swavy subscription per agency, billed to the agency. You decide how to invoice your brand clients downstream, retainer, fixed fee, or pass-through — the platform side is a single bill on the agency account.
Is there a brand limit?
Brand profiles are available under the agency add-on. Larger agencies routinely run many client brands without per-brand overhead.
What about white labeling?
Available on agency add-on tiers. Custom domain (with auto-issued SSL), your logo, your brand colors throughout the dashboard, branded PDF reports for client deliverables.
How does per-brand scoping work?
Each brand workspace is its own scope. Brand A's creators, contracts, custom fields, and contact data live under Brand A. Suitable for clients with competitor-isolation considerations.
How do credits work across brands?
Credits live at the agency level and any brand workspace pulls from that shared pool. There's no separate per-brand credit allocation to manage, top up once on the agency account and every brand can spend against it.
Can I customize what each brand sees?
Yes. Per-brand custom fields, custom dropdowns, custom project structures, and custom report templates. Field-level permissions let agencies hide internal-only fields (margin, internal scoring, pricing notes) from brand-side viewers while still sharing performance and content data.
What happens to data if a brand churns?
Brand workspace data is exportable as full-archive ZIP (creators, contracts, audit logs, content library) on churn. After 90 days post-churn, the workspace is purged unless you reinstate. Audit log retention is independent of workspace deletion, log records retain for 1 year on Enterprise.
