The challenges we hear most

Brand data lives in 30 spreadsheets

Hand-off between AMs, strategists, and ops is brutal. Knowledge walks out the door when people leave.

Reporting takes a week per brand

Manual screenshots and CSV mashups burn billable hours that should go to strategy.

New brands take days to onboard

Setting up tools, briefs, and workflows for each new client compounds operational drag.

Sub-account isolation has to be airtight

One leaked creator list across clients can end a retainer overnight.

Frequently asked questions

How does agency pricing work?

Agency add-on is contact-sales, priced based on brand count and feature mix. Includes white-label, role-based access, audit logs, and shared agency-level credits.

Can my analysts get scoped access?

Yes. Per-brand and per-workspace permissions. Restrict creators, briefs, performance data, and billing per role. AMs see only their assigned brands; strategists can be cross-brand for portfolio learnings.

Can I share creator lists with my brand clients without giving full access?

Yes. Field-level permissions let you mark each column as provider_only or provider_and_brand. Internal scoring, rate notes, and outreach drafts stay hidden while brand clients see only the columns you expose.

Do my brand clients see the AI agent or just my output?

Configurable. Most agencies present the output as their own work, so brand clients only see the curated lists, content submissions, and the multi-stage review flow. You can also expose the agent if you want the brand to drive directly.

How fast can I onboard a new brand?

Under an hour for a standard brand. Spin up the workspace, copy templates from a similar brand, invite the client to the review portal, and start sourcing the same day. The agent picks up your standards from existing brands.

How is sub-account scoping handled?

Per-project brand scoping at the application layer keeps creators, briefs, contracts, and notes scoped to each brand workspace.

Can we white-label the entire experience?

Yes. Custom domain (your-domain.com), your logo throughout, your colors, branded PDF reports, branded outbound email, and your agency name in client communications. Swavy is invisible to the end client.

Do you support audit logs?

Yes. Audit logs are available on agency plans for every action across brand workspaces.

How quickly can we get started?

Most teams launch their first campaign within 5 days. Discovery and outreach can happen on day one, the AI agent shortlists creators while your team finalizes the brief.

What about platform coverage?

Discovery covers Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. First-party metrics flow in via OAuth where the creator connects.

Do you support international creators?

Yes, global discovery across 200M+ profiles, multi-currency payouts, and language-aware filters for non-English markets.
