Do you support EU data residency?
Yes, by default on every plan. Customer and company data is stored in the EU regardless of your signup region. The only data that leaves the EU is non-personal, non-company content sent to US-hosted AI inference providers for the duration of the inference call.
What's in the standard MSA?
Our MSA covers indemnification, IP, liability caps, term, and termination. We accept reasonable redlines from enterprise legal and have signed custom MSAs with global brands. Talk to sales for a draft.
